Return Conditions:
• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
• Clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect must be provided when raising a complaint.
• An NCR (Non-Conformance Report) Form must be completed with the required details to facilitate claim processing.
• Packing and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are damaged during transit.
Refund Policy:
• Refunds will be initiated only after the return request has been reviewed and approved.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Both forward and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
