Commercial Terms
• Price Basis: Ex-Works Factory
• Payment Terms: 100% advance payment against the Proforma Invoice and confirmed Purchase Order (PO).
• Packing & Forwarding Charges: 1.25%, 2%, or as applicable based on custom packaging requirements.
• Freight Charges: Extra and charged at actual cost.
• Taxes & Duties:
- CGST @ 9% + SGST @ 9%, or
- IGST @ 18%, as applicable.
• Test Certificates Available: - Test Certificate
- Calibration Certificate
- Material Test Certificate
Warranty
All products are covered by a warranty of 18 months from the date of supply or 12 months from the date of commissioning, whichever occurs earlier. The warranty is applicable only against manufacturing defects and does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Intellectual Property

Product prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, freight, shipping, and handling charges will be added where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
AUSTIN VENTURON PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, services, or website.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All transactions and disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or related transactions shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
